PARTY SHOP WITH A BIG, HUGE HEART
This is a tiny, independently owned party shop with a big, huge heart! I walked in on a rainy gloomy day to a string of really fun artistically created balloons + a cheery owner. I would love to use her for a really fun charity event, birthday or just for fun.
